After reading this article, I am going to have to call bullshit! This pc might be fine for music and such, but I really doubt anyone can get this working well as a real HTPC for $200. The article was interesting to read none the less.

So we all know how bad it is to use the internet in China, just about everything is censored. Well now they have just added insult to injury in the form of two cartoon police officers. These two cartoon police officers will pop up on your screen “reminding” you to steer clear of unapproved sites. This will happen every 30 minutes on certain popular websites but soon will encompass all sites. I mean come on are you fricken kidding me!!
